*Received a defective item or a product you did not order?

If you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and get back to you with a solution. Please make sure to enter your contact information and photo(s) of the products you received and the parcel box for better and faster assistance.
 
1. Delivery Failure
- Missing

If a parcel does not reach a customer within 30 days, we consider it missing. In these cases, we can resend a new parcel or process a refund.

- Unclaimed Return
For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you; however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address. Therefore, make sure to enter the correct address and contact information.

2. Delivery Charges

We offer free - yes, free! - next-day delivery to most the United Kingdom's metropolitan areas, as well as selected regional centers.

3. Delivery Time

We usually deliver during business hours, but sometimes it's as early as 7 am or as late as 7 pm. Your driver will contact you once before 10 am, to provide you with a 2-hour delivery window, and again approximately 30 minutes before they arrive. Unless you're one of the first deliveries of the day, in which case they'll contact you as they're leaving the warehouse, giving you as much notice as possible.
